This surprising collection puts on stage Autumn flavours:
quince, buckwheat, hazelnut and coffee.

Caramel-Chocolate


Buckwheat shortbread encircled by two Caribbean chocolate crowns
filled with a chocolate mousse topped with buckwheat whipped cream hints,
soft caramel cubes, shortbread and buckwheat seeds.
Buckwheat, chocolate and caramel are perfectly balanced as a plated dessert.

Vanilla-Quince


Almond shortbread, quince confit and vanilla yoghurt mousse
which brings softness and smoothness to the pastry.
